Free Standard ground (UPS) shipping for orders over $49.00

Non-standard ground shipping is based on zipcode, please enter your shipping zip code, select your delivery option and hit the 'apply' button during checkout to show actual shipping cost.

Holiday and Seasonal delays may occur.

Current order processing time is approximately 1-4 business days. Add that to the transit time on UPS map for an estimated delivery time.

Delivery confirmation/tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. **Order status and tracking information is always available by clicking on the link provided in your email order confirmation.**

US Postal service does not track packages, they only confirm delivery. Do not panic if your package does not appear to be moving, you should receive it within 3-4 days of receiving shipment notification.

Damages:

We take great care in packing your order, but occasionally damages do occur. Please notify us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged. We will file a claim with UPS on your behalf. Please keep all boxes and packaging material for UPS inspection.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. After 14 days, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Orders received more than 28 days after order date will receive store credit for returns.

Items must be in original, resellable condition. Items returned with opened or damaged packaging will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Do NOT write or attach return label directly to the product boxes. Items received in non-resellable condition will not be refunded.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from your refund.
